L&M Welding Supply, Inc. | A reputation for product knowledge, professionalism, and hustle for over 30 years

L&M Welding Supply, Inc. is a Veteran-Owned Distributor of Welding and Industrial Equipment

L&M Welding Supply, Inc. is a veteran-owned distributor of welding and industrial equipment, hard goods, consumables, and tools, as well as personal protective equipment and related items commonly used in the industrial, construction, manufacturing, shipbuilding, and government/military markets we serve.

Founded in 1980 by industry veteran Mike Kelly, L & M has become a valued logistical partner to industrial clientele, and to DLA and other federal procurement agencies, receiving annual accolades for vendor performance, including DSCR's "Silver" and/or "Gold" performance awards without interruption since the inception of that program nearly two decades ago. Such recognition puts L&M in elite company, making it one of the top 100+/- of that agency's thousands of vendors, as evaluated by the agency's strict ABVM scoring model.

Mike's decades of experience were augmented in 1995, when son Clark Kelly joined and later succeeded Mike as owner of the business. Having been an F-16 pilot, and having previously grown up in the business, Clark brings a unique perspective and energy to the company's capabilities. Mike remains with the company, primarily in a government sales role, and has been joined in his efforts by the addition of son Charles Kelly, also focusing on government sales opportunities and contract fulfillment. Office Manager Toni Bowles complements these efforts, understanding and ensuring compliance with federal requirements from RFID to WAWF. Clark's primary focus is on running the industrial sales effort, and is supported by Paul Hanceri, a 10-year veteran industrial account manager, and by Michael Herrero, whose 20+ years experience is exercised in the service of key shipyard accounts, such as Signal International, and Huntington Ingalls Industries of Pascagoula, MS-producer of much of the hardware purchased by the US Navy.

L&M's industrial customer base includes manufacturers such as Taylor-Wharton Gas Equipment, both locally and overseas, regional contractors Performance Contractors, G.A. West, and R.J. Baggett, and international construction companies including TEI, Black & Veatch, Fluor, and APCom Power. References are available on request.

Opportunities abound for our company, having seen the 2008 completion of a new, 12,000 square foot facility-replacing our previous 5,600-and adding capabilities to accommodate a growing customer base. We hope build on this success by continued emphasis on the values that brought us here: integrity, industry knowledge, attention to detail, service, and hustle, and we hope to continue having fun doing it!
